How do you train to compete at the national level? This online three lesson training course dives deep into the mind, body, and gear that define top competitors. Together, we will refine each aspect of your game, concluding with a personalized plan that unites your technical understanding, training regiment, and mental approach into a clear, repeatable system for peak performance.

What to Expect
A general layout for each lessonPre-Shooting Talk
We will begin the lesson with introductions, expectations, and goals or objectives. Then we will move onto firearm safety and proper range etiquette. Once this has been established, we will work on gun fit, eye dominance, and general terminology; all building a solid foundation before heading out onto the range.
First Round & Fundamentals
On the range, you will get a brief description of how the game is played, and general strategies on how to shoot it if needed. We’ll shoot one full round together, during which I will assess you based on your prescribed goals and objectives.
Tailored Coaching & Practice
The bulk of the lesson will be spent tailoring your experience to your skill level and goals, practicing different target presentations accordingly. Minor adjustments will be made as we work to improve your consistency and form.
Wrap up & Next Steps
A quick wrap up will conclude our time, discussing how the lesson went, areas of improvement, and future plans. If desired, I will develop a personalized pathway for each shooter that aligns with their goals based on our session.
