About me
``My goal is to help every shooter discover the mindset that drives true success.``Aidan Morlock is a nationally decorated athlete, dedicated to helping shooters of all levels hone their skills and enjoy the sport. Having competed across the country at the national level, Aidan brings not only experience, but a deep understanding of what it truly takes to perform under pressure and win at the highest levels of competition.
Through years of disciplined training and competition, he has developed a strong belief in the process behind great shooting. “The name of the game is consistency and repetition, you don’t train to hit, you train not to miss.” he says. That philosophy shapes every lesson he teaches. Rather than chasing results, he focuses on building repeatable fundamentals, a confident mental approach, and a system that holds up when it matters most.
Now, Aidan is committed to sharing that knowledge with others. His mission is to grow the sport, provide quality instruction, and give aspiring shooters the same opportunities, guidance, and confidence that helped shape his own journey. Whether working with beginners or competitive athletes, he is dedicated to helping each individual build a foundation that lasts and a mindset that continues to climb.

Teaching Philosophy
I believe great shooting starts long before the target breaks. It begins with proper gun fit, ensuring the point of impact aligns naturally with your eyes and body, allowing each movement to feel intuitive and repeatable. From there, we focus on stance and weight distribution, creating a strong base of stability and control. A balanced stance forms the foundation for every successful shot, grounding our technique and setting the stage for a smooth, efficient swing.
Once fit and stance are established, we develop the swing and flow of the gun, learning to drive with the body rather than the arms. This creates relaxed, fluid movements that let the gun track the target naturally. Then comes our eyes and hold point as we transition our focus towards the target. Finally, everything is tied together through a consistent mental routine, a process that builds confidence, maintains focus, and allows each athlete to perform at their best under pressure.
